Opening in September 2019, just a few months before the world shut down due to COVID-19, presented an immediate challenge. “It wasn’t ideal,” they admit. “The brand wasn’t yet well known locally, and we didn’t have many school partnerships. So when everything moved online, it was hard to gain traction. But we kept the business alive through online courses and adapted.”

That early resilience paid off.

Today, Marbella is not just a scenic Mediterranean town—it’s part of a rapidly growing tech region. Post-COVID, many global companies have embraced remote work and relocated to Málaga for its quality of life. The city’s tech park now hosts over 600 companies, including Oracle and Facebook, with more than 23,000 employees.

“This shift created a new kind of opportunity. Parents here are aware of the tech boom. I always tell them: if their child attends a good private school and complements it with digital skills at Logiscool, they might not even need an international degree to start working at a tech company. At 18 or 20, they could already land a junior role.”

“The support from the international team and the Spanish master partner has evolved a lot. It’s much more practical now. Of course, timely communication can be a challenge as the network grows, but overall, the system works well. If someone is willing to put in the work, they can succeed here.”

With AI transforming the workforce, the importance of digital skills has never been clearer. “We’re even in talks with the local government’s AI training center to explore youth programs. I tell parents not to fight the ‘screen wave’—instead, fill screen time with meaningful content. That’s what we do.”

“Our short-term goal is to expand school partnerships. But long-term, we want to build a pipeline from Logiscool to the Málaga Tech Park.
