We as parents know that digital literacy has become an essential tool for navigating the present and the future. In our special courses, our dedicated trainers will help your kids become self-confident and conscious users of digital tools and online platforms including the basics of programming. All this, in a playful, fun, and easily understandable way.

Improve your kids’ digital skills!

Like most kids, your child will also grow up with a smart phone or tablet in hand, either in the home environment or outside of it. Equip your kids with the tools and critical thinking skills that can help them navigate an increasingly digitized future. This course will cover the basics of algorithmic thinking and programming, digital content creation, as well as internet use and safety. It will also introduce kids to computer hardware, digital devices, and robotics. With us, your kids can enjoy the path to digital literacy, learning essential skills in a playful manner!

Highlights

The course will center around the following themes:

Algorithmic thinking

Programming: from block-based coding and calculation through easy-to-understand visual platforms, all the way to text-based coding

Digital content creation: 3D game design, digital drawing, image and video editing, text and presentation editing

Internet use and safety: online security, netiquette and online communication

The basic use of computer hardware and digital devices

Robotics

Requirements

Kids do not need any previous training or knowledge to complete this course.

Necessary software

  • For our in-Logiscool course: A Google account is necessary for participation. We provide all the necessary tools for the course.
  • In case, the school opens online courses: To participate in the online course, each student will need a laptop or a computer at home with a solid internet connection, a built-in or external microphone, a Google account and a mouse. We recommend having a headset and a web camera as well. The software needed for online communication is provided by us.

FOR NEW STUDENTS:

If you have never visited us before, you are very welcome to our free family open days! As a parent you will get information on how, what and what we teach, and your child can make their first computer game and take the experience home.

PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND PAYMENT TERMS

The course fee

  • The annual course fee is payable in equal monthly instalments of 18.500 HUF / month (September 2023 - June 2024)
  • The amount of the monthly instalments is the same regardless of the number of hours per month
  • The course fee can also be paid in a lump sum, in which case the fee includes a 5% discount

Payment terms

An e-invoice for the course fee will be issued in the student's name and should be paid by bank transfer by the first Logiscool class of the month.

Dates and application

Kurzusaink a 2022. szeptember 19-ével kezdődő héten kezdődnek és 2023. június 12-ig tartanak.

Mindkét félév 17 Logiscool órát tartalmaz. Óráink hetente egyszer 90 percesek (2x45 perc). Hétköznaponként 15.00-től és 16.40-től, szombaton pedig 10.00-tól és 11.40-től indítunk csoportokat.

Hiányzás esetén félévente 3 ingyenes pótlási lehetőséget biztosítunk.

A regisztrációs felületen a preferált időpont megadása mellett lehetőség van alternatív időpontok bejelölésére is. Kérjük, hogy a legördülő menüben minden alkalmas időpontot legyetek kedvesek bejelölni! Amennyiben egyik választható időpont sem megfelelő, kérjük, hogy keresd az iskolavezetőt vagy válassz ki egy (bármilyen) időpontot és a MEGJEGYZÉS mezőben adj meg számunkra további információt, hogy megoldást kereshessünk. A Megjegyzés mező a regisztrációs űrlap végén található.

Minden szülő számára levelet küldünk a kurzus kezdete előtti héten, mely a kurzuskezdéssel kapcsolatos minden fontos információt tartalmaz.
