We as parents know that digital literacy has become an essential tool for navigating the present and the future. In our special courses, our dedicated trainers will help your kids become self-confident and conscious users of digital tools and online platforms including the basics of programming. All this, in a playful, fun, and easily understandable way.

Improve your kids’ digital skills!

Like most kids, your child will also grow up with a smart phone or tablet in hand, either in the home environment or outside of it. Equip your kids with the tools and critical thinking skills that can help them navigate an increasingly digitized future. This course will cover the basics of algorithmic thinking and programming, digital content creation, as well as internet use and safety. It will also introduce kids to computer hardware, digital devices, and robotics. With us, your kids can enjoy the path to digital literacy, learning essential skills in a playful manner!

Highlights

The course will center around the following themes:

Algorithmic thinking

Programming: from block-based coding and calculation through easy-to-understand visual platforms, all the way to text-based coding

Digital content creation: 3D game design, digital drawing, image and video editing, text and presentation editing

Internet use and safety: online security, netiquette and online communication

The basic use of computer hardware and digital devices

Robotics

Requirements

Kids do not need any previous training or knowledge to complete this course.

Necessary software

  • For our in-Logiscool course: A Google account is necessary for participation. We provide all the necessary tools for the course.
  • In case, the school opens online courses: To participate in the online course, each student will need a laptop or a computer at home with a solid internet connection, a built-in or external microphone, a Google account and a mouse. We recommend having a headset and a web camera as well. The software needed for online communication is provided by us.

Come and visit us at our family Open days, free of charge! As a parent, you will get all the information about how we teach and the methods we use. Your child will be able to create his own video game and take that wonderful experience home.

Advanced course requirements: level placement test successfully passed.

PRICES

The course fee includes thematic teaching, unlimited access to the portal my.logiscool.com and 3 additional free classes per semester.

  • Monthly fee: 5.600 RSD / month

Equal monthly instalments of 5.600 rsd, regardless of the teaching hours per month

  • Semester Fee: 25.200 RSD/semester

A single payment of 25.200 RSD with discount 2,5% at the beginning of the course (discounts to be included)

PAYEMENT METHODS

We issue an e-invoice in the name of the student, and we kindly ask you to pay it via bank transfer.

DATES AND APPLICATION

During the 2023/24 school year, we are also organizing courses from February that end in June.

Each semester includes 17 Logiscool meetings (34 school lessons). One meeting weekly that takes 90 minutes (2x45 minutes).

In case the student is absent, we organize up to 3 additional free classes per semester.

You can choose the preferred course time during registration or, if none of them are suitable, please feel free to contact the school coordinator.

Parents get all the necessary information via email before the course starts.
