Is your child interested in not just playing but also designing their own Roblox games? Then it’s time to try out our Roblox workshop! During this event, kids will learn the basics of how to use Roblox Studio and how to create custom maps within it. Equipped with game creation tools, they will collectively develop a gaming universe with all the other participants and play together!

From gamer to game creator!

The aim of this workshop is to introduce kids to the possibilities of game design, using their favorite game, Roblox! Participants will build a collective Roblox universe by using different mods, and game design concepts. By the end of the day, kids can take their creation with them and continue developing it at home! If kids feel like they want to get more in-depth knowledge after the workshop, they can continue learning at one of our Roblox-themed camps!

Highlights

During the workshop, kids will be able to:

Create custom mods and maps within the game

Get familiar with fundamental game design principles used in game development

Learn how to share the games they created

Requirements

Kids do not need any previous training or knowledge to participate. However, we do not recommend participation if the student has already created and designed multiple games in Roblox.

Necessary software

We provide all the necessary tools for the event. Make sure that kids bring a pendrive or have access to an e-mail address, so they can bring their work home after the event.
