We are extremely happy to announce that Logiscool won the European Franchise Awards as the best International Brand. Founders dr Anita Breuer and Gyula Csitári received the honorary award at the gala on September 19 2022 in Brussels. This is a huge recognition of Logiscool’s 8 years of dedicated digital literacy and programming educational work, the core of what made the brand internationally recognized. This dream could not have come true without the contribution of our partners, colleagues, parents and students – a big thanks for all of you for this great success!
Introduction
It seems like half an eternity when we think back to the beginnings of Logiscool Zürichberg in October 2019. The walls had not yet been painted, but we already had the first camps and semester courses running. A little later came the lockdown and the switch to first video and later online lessons. That meant a lot of cold pizza, but also the spirit among us of wanting to meet this challenge together.
Today, after about 1100 course and camp participants later, we are happy every day to be established in our "district" and not only to teach the children and young people decisive skills for their future, but also to offer them an atmosphere in which they can develop positively and make new friends.
With a constantly growing range of courses, workshops and holiday camps, we address not only programming content, but digital skills and creativity in general. Content such as Minecraft modding, 3D design or Digital Illustration foster the creative power in our students.
No matter where our students are heading in their journey with Logiscool: 2D/3D Game Design or more Python with certificate completion, we are able to realize their dreams. As preparing our children for the future is a social responsibility, we are constantly expanding our cooperations with companies for whose employees' children we run special programmes or are offering special conditions. In the camp sector, we have been able to establish a cooperation with the City of Zurich that is as collaborative as it is successful.

I have worked in sales and marketing in industry for many years followed by more than 20 years in various functions in banking, i.e. permanent change is firmly anchored in my professional life. The decision to take on an entrepreneurial role in education with responsibility for Switzerland and Liechtenstein has certainly been the most important and inspiring in my career. Working every day to prepare our children for their digital future and watching them grow is incredibly satisfying. Along with this is the certainty that we have already been able to contribute decisive impulses to the development of our students through our commitment. Nothing seems more important to us to play our part in ensuring that our children can move confidently and alertly in the rapidly changing digitalised world of tomorrow. This future world will need creative and savvy shapers in almost every field. Let's give them the chance!
