I started Logiscool Constanța in 2019, because I felt that there is a need for a school where children can develop their programming skills in this city. Until then, there was no such place in the city. I saw Logiscool as a business opportunity that would bring me, at the same time, a personal fulfillment as I could contribute to the education of children. My role is to ensure the efficient functioning of the school, taking care of the needs of our trainers, students and their parents. As a father myself, I understand the importance of a place where the child is encouraged to explore the world, to be fed creativity, having the opportunity to build a broad vision of the world. And Logiscool offers that.

Children's enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge inspires me and motivates me to do my best to provide them with an environment where they can express all their creative ideas, which is why I work closely with our trainers and parents to create a friendly and open community. I believe that today's playful dreams can become tomorrow's innovative ideas, and that Logiscool can provide the framework to make that happen. Together with my colleagues we encourage our students to try their hand at increasingly complex digital challenges and we are with them every step of the way in what we believe is an exceptional digital education.

My experience at Logiscool started with the position of trainer and went on for more than a year working with children. Every day brings new experiences and challenges, and the greatest satisfaction comes in the moments when the students are able to push their limits and apply what they have learned in class in a way that represents them, joyfully and uniquely. Logiscool is not only about programming, here we also teach teamwork and try to be not only the students' mentors but also their friends. I take on this new role of assistant coordinator with optimism and know that where there is a desire to evolve, only the sky is the limit!
