Logiscool joins Hour of Code and Hour of AI
Hour of Code and Hour of AI are global initiatives organized by Code.org, designed to give children a simple, engaging introduction to the world of coding and artificial intelligence

Hour of Code is a worldwide movement, which show kids (and adults!) that coding is not scary—it's creative, logical, and absolutely accessible.
During this hour, children usually complete playful tasks like creating animations, building mini-games, or solving puzzles. These activities help develop problem-solving skills and computational thinking in a way that feels like play, not work.
For parents, it’s an ideal first step: just one hour is enough for kids to realize, “Hey, I can do this!”
It is traditionally held during Computer Science Education Week (CSEd Week) in December every year.
Hour of AI is a newer initiative that introduces kids to the basics of artificial intelligence—how it works, how machines learn, and what responsible AI use looks like.
The activities are hands-on and designed to demystify AI. Children explore how computers recognize images, how models make predictions, how bias or mistakes can occur, how humans guide and improve AI.
It’s all about helping children understand the technology they will grow up with—not just using it, but thinking critically about it.
It is available year-round, with a major anchor during CSEd Week.

How Logiscool supports these initiatives
At Logiscool, we embrace Hour of Code and Hour of AI because they align beautifully with our mission: nurturing digital literacy in a safe, child-friendly environment.
With our own coding education platform inside the secure MyLogiscool space, kids practice AI and coding in a tailor-made system that matches their age and knowledge level—far more age-appropriate and controlled than general platforms like Scratch. We make sure every child feels supported, engaged, and safe while exploring new concepts.
Both initiatives help children build confidence and curiosity, and we build on that foundation by guiding them deeper into digital creativity through structured, long-term learning.

We don’t have any Hour of Code and Hour of AI events scheduled in the coming weeks, but feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re happy to help!
