TECHNICAL DETAILS

FULL DAY CAMP

For children in 1st - 3rd Primary: Activities begin at 9 a.m.

Camp with Multisports and Board Games: drop-off (between 8 a.m. - 9 a.m.) and pick-up (5 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.) at Logiscool Uccle.

In the event that we do not have enough registrations to create a multisport group in Logiscool, children will be transferred to the Action Sport Center (Athénée Royal Uccle II - Avenue des Tilleuls, 9 - 1180 Uccle). We will take care of the transfer during lunch time, but you will have to pick them up from Action Sport at the end of the day. If this is the case, we will of course inform you prior to the camp.

Camp in partnership with Action Sport: drop-off is at Logiscool Uccle (8a.m.-9a.m.). At the end of the day, you must pick up the children at the Action Sport center (Athénée Royal Uccle II - Avenue des Tilleuls, 9 - 1180 Uccle) after 4 p.m. Free daycare possible between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

For children in 4th Primary - 2nd Secondary: Activities begin at 9 a.m.

Camp with multisport and board games: drop-off (8 a.m. to 9 a.m.) and pick-up (5 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.) at Logiscool Uccle.

Attention: The Minecraft Java Edition license - mandatory for the Minecraft camp - is not included in the price of the camp; the student must purchase one before the start of the course in order to participate (available here: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-edition).

HALF-DAY CAMP

For children in 1st - 3rd Primary:

The drop-off is at Logiscool Uccle between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (included in the price). Activities begin at 9 a.m.
You must pick up the children at 12:30 p.m.

For children in 4th Primary - 2nd Secondary:

The drop-off is at Logiscool Uccle between 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Activities begin at 1:30 p.m.
You must pick up the children at 5 p.m. Daycare possible between 5 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (included in the price).

PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

Half-day Logiscool: €150 (5-day week) - Half-day of programming organized by Logiscool.

Full day (+ multisport): €199 (5-day week) - Half-day of programming organized by Logiscool, regardless of the theme chosen + half-day of multisports and board games.

Full day (+ Action Sport): 235 € (week of 5 days) - Half-day of programming organized by Logiscool, regardless of the theme chosen + half-day of activity with Action Sport - choice from several formulas; please refer to each camp's price for available options

DISCOUNTS:

Sibling discount: 5% if two siblings apply together
Maximum aggregate discount: 5%

PAYMENT: The application will be valid upon payment of a 100 euros advance payment. After receiving the application, we will send an email to the email address provided during registration, with the information required to pay the deposit. When making a transfer, please enter the name of the child, the name of the camp and the start date in the notice box so that your transfer can be identified. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than 1 week before the start date of the camp. Only children whose participation fee is paid can participate in the camp.

If we are unable to hold the selected camp, we will provide you with the opportunity to choose another date or camp type, or to reclaim the deposit you have paid.

We are happy to provide you with a tax declaration (upon request) and to fill in the Mutuality paper that could allow you to receive a partial reimbursement of the costs.

We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised camps!
