Detailed Information

PRACTICAL DETAILS

We welcome children from 6 and a half to 16 years old depending on different themes available. Our camps take place during a full week of school holidays. Registrations are avaialble either for half-days (9h-12h15) or full days (9h-16h) with a day care from 8h30 and the possibility of childcare after between 16h and 17h. Please provide snacks, water bottle and picnic for your child.

What happens during our camps?

ACCESS AND PARKING: our entrance is located to the right of the OPTICIAN NOOZ Enter the building and ring the LOGISCOOL bell - we are located on the 3rd floor (an elevator is available). You can find a few parking places in front of the building, but you can also use the Wellington Galleries at the back (access via Av. Reine Astrid).

  • Half-day camps: you drop off your children at Logiscool Waterloo between 8h30-9h and pick them up between 12h-12h15. Every morning of the week they will have 3h of the chosen programming activity. A 10 minute break is planned for snacks and classes are ventilated.
  • Full-day camps: you drop off your children at Logiscool Waterloo between 8h30-9h. For 3 hours they will follow the chosen programming activity. A 10 minute break is planned in the morning for snacks and classes are ventilated.
  • We offer the following activities for the afternoon: Tennis or Tech Fun Games (a different choice of activity for each afternoon: drone piloting, escape game, electric car driving, etc).
  • At noon, for the one who has chosen Tennis, he will leave accompanied by the instructors, for the sports activity chosen for the afternoon which takes place at BATD - Waterloo Tennis, located 600 m from our school.
  • Between 4pm-5pm, you pick up your child at BATD - Waterloo Tennis (Bd. Henri Rolin 5B, 1410 Waterloo)

  • For the one who chose Tech Fun Games: he will stay in the premises of Logiscool where he will have lunch to then do the proposed activities.

Between 4 PM-5 PM, you pick up your child at Logiscool Waterloo.

Further details

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MINECRAFT CAMPS: prices do not include the Minecraft Java Edition that all children attending Minecraft camps need. Purchased access remains the property of the child. The license can be purchased here: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-edition.

However, we make a Minecraft license available to students during the camp, but, once the camp is over, the children will no longer have access to the game. If you already have a Minecraft Java edition license that your child would like to use in the camp, please put a small piece of paper with their username and password in their bag.

For all other camps, the Minecraft license is not needed.

 ACCESS AND PARKING: our entrance door is located to the right of the glasses shop, once in the airlock, you ring the bell and we open the door for you, we are on the 3rd floor with elevator. You will find a few parking spaces on the roadway but you can also use the one in the Wellington galleries at the back (access via Avenue Reine Astrid).

We reserve the right to make changes to the advertised camps!
