PRICES:

-Half-day camp (only digital activities): €150 — Full day with outdoor activities: €200

-Full day camp in partnership with Promosport (registration through their website: https://www.promo-sport.be/stages.aspx). Members enjoy a €10 discount.

PAYMENT: After receiving the application, we will send an email with the information required to pay the deposit (€100). Registration will be validated upon reception of the deposit. The remaining amount is to be paid no later than a week before the start date of the camp. Only children whose participation fee is paid can participate in the camp.

If we are unable to hold the selected camp, we will provide you with the opportunity to choose another date or camp type, or to reclaim the deposit you have paid.

We can provide you with a tax declaration (upon request) and fill in the mutuality insurance paper that could allow you to receive a partial reimbursement of the costs.

Practical details

FULL DAY CAMP : 1st- 3rd Grade Primary

Digital activities in the morning at Logiscool (64A, Rue Middelbourg, 1170, Watermael-Boitsfort) from 9am. Drop-off from 8am.

Options for the afternoon:

Outdoor activities OR scientific activities in partnership with CapSciences: pick-up (4-5.30pm) at Logiscool.
Promosport/Actionsport: pick-up (4-6pm) at Lutgardiscollege (Avenue de Waha, 11, 1160, Auderghem), [except French-speaking Carnaval and Easter during which activities take place at the Gymnasium (Boulevard des Invalides 214/216, 1160 Auderghem)].
Tennis at Tennis Club du Bois de la Cambre: pick-up (4-5.30pm) at the tennis club (Square du Vieux Tilleul, 11, 1050 Bruxelles).

FULL DAY CAMP : 4th Grade Primary - 2nd Grade Secondary

Digital activities in the afternoon at Logiscool (64A, Rue Middelbourg, 1170, Watermael-Boitsfort) until 4pm. Pick-up until 5.30pm.

Options for the morning:

Outdoor activities OR scientific activities in partnership with CapSciences: drop-off (8-9am) at Logiscool.
Golf at Brussels DROHME Golf Club: drop-off (8.30-8.45) at the golf club (Chaussée de la Hulpe, 53a, 1180, Uccle).
Tennis at Tennis Club du Bois de la Cambre: drop-off (8.30-9.00) at the tennis club (Square du Vieux Tilleul, 11, 1050 Bruxelles).
Promosport/Actionsport: drop-off (8-9am) at Lutgardiscollege (Avenue de Waha, 11, 1160, Auderghem) [except French-speaking Carnaval and Easter during which activities take place at the Gymnasium (Boulevard des Invalides 214/216, 1160 Auderghem)].

HALF-DAY CAMP (1st-3rd Grade Primary)

Drop-off 8-9am at the school. Activities start at 9am.
Pick-up at 12.00.

HALF-DAY CAMP (4th Grade Primary - 2nd Grade Secondary)

Drop-off between 12.30-1pm at the school. Activities start at 1pm.
Pick-up at 4pm (garderie until 5.30pm).

IMPORTANT: Minecraft Java Edition license is mandatory for the Minecraft camp, not included in the price and needs to be bought by the student prior to the camp (available here: https://www.minecraft.net/fr-fr/store/minecraft-java-bedrock-edition-pc).

Camp organisation

Full-day camp:

Children from 1st to 3rd grade Primary do the digital activity in the morning (9.00-12.00) and the extra activity in the afternoon (13.00-16.00).
Children in 4th Primary and above start the day with the extra activity (9.00-12.00) and do the digital activity in the afternoon (13.00-16.00).
Extra activity: in addition to the digital programs, a variety of leisure activities are available: outdoor activities (park, forest), scientific activities (with CapSciences), Promosport (mix games, hockey, mini football, danse, acrogym, judo, rollerskate, geocaching, circus as well as art or cooking), tennis (Tennis Club du Bois de la Cambre), or golf (Brussels DROHME Golf Club).
Meals: please bring two snacks, lunch and a bottle of water. If you opt for tennis, you can choose to pay €20/week to have a sandwich each day.

Half-Day Camp:

At our half-day camp, students attend a digital program at Logiscool, either in the morning (9.00-12.00 for children from 1st to 3rd grade primary) or in the afternoon (13.00-16.00 for children in 4th primary or older).

Meals: please bring a snack and a bottle of water.
