SAMPLE LESSONS

Your child can try the first lesson without obligation. Courses are held at your school and the capacity of the IT classrooms is limited, so you must register your child in advance for the course. If you decide not to continue after the first lesson, simply cancel your registration by email no later than 3 days after the demonstration lesson. You will be invoiced after this date.

PICKING UP CHILDREN

Children can be picked up or returned to the daycare if the school allows it. This information must be entered in the "Comments" field when registering for the course, including the exact name of the club or the name of your child's class (2.A, 3.B,...).

REFUNDS FOR MISSED LESSONS

In our courses we offer the possibility to make up lessons that have been excused in advance. The method of refund varies according to the specific course:

Programming Basics:

Make-up lessons are online on Sunday evenings. The substitution is always for a specific missed lesson.

Up to 2 online make-up lessons of 90 minutes per trimester can be used (up to 6 make-ups per school year).

Introduction to the Digital World and Artificial Intelligence and Digital Creation:

We offer a substitute in the form of an online lesson (on a pre-determined date) or a workshop at the Pilsen Branch, Harantova street 17.

There are 2 online lessons of 55 minutes or 1 workshop of 120 minutes per term (up to 4 substitutions per school year).

In these courses, no specific missed lesson is replaced, but participants gain a new thematic experience.

How make-ups work:

Make-up lessons must be arranged in advance with the coordinator.

You will receive the online lesson date and sign-up instructions a few days in advance.

A computer or laptop, stable internet connection, microphone (built-in or external) and mouse are required for online lessons. A camera is not required, but is recommended for better communication.

No software installation is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration can be cancelled free of charge within 3 days after the first lesson. If you decide not to continue with the course, please inform us by email within this period. After this period, you will be issued with your first invoice. The course fee paid is non-refundable.

Registration for the course is for the whole school year. Further invoices will be issued automatically. If you decide not to continue with the course, you must inform us in writing by email before the next invoice is issued. We will no longer issue an invoice if your withdrawal from the course is received by the following deadlines:

Introduction to the Digital World - by 11.10.2025 for payment for the first term.

Artificial Intelligence and Digital Creation - by 11.10.2025 for payment for the first semester.

Fundamentals of Programming - until 13.10.2025 for the first payment, and until 30.11.2025 for the second payment.

Thank you for your understanding.

In case of cancellation of the course due to organizational reasons on our side, the full payment will be refunded or a pro-rata part of the payment for the lessons not taken.
