What personal data is stored and for what reason?

We are processing the information you provide for the registration of courses, camps and events organized by Logiscool’s schools based on the following methodology:

During course/camp season

During the organization and management of the courses / camps, we need the data provided by you on the registration platform.

This data will be shared with our partners who are organizing the chosen course / camp in the selected Logiscool school, and with whom we have a data controller agreement.

In case of Google / Facebook login

If you register to our page with your Google or Facebook account, we receive your permission to store the name, gender and email address that you have provided for Google or Facebook assigned to your user account.

Newsletter subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address that you have provided whilst subscribing.

After the course / camp period

  • At the end of the course and camp period we are storing only the following data(for max. 8 yrs):

  • Your name, email address and phone number - in order to be able to identify you in case of another registration at a later date

  • The name, gender, date of birth, school year of your child, the ZIP code of the invoice address and your child’s school name and location (city / district), as well as

  • The Logiscool school’s name and course / camp data, where you have previously registered to - in order to be able to offer the best suitable course or group in case of applying again

Every other data regarding you and your child, that was provided by you during the processes, we delete from our systems after the course / camp period, or we store it anonymized in an unidentifiable way, that it cannot be connected to real person.

What do we use the data for?

We use the data provided by you in regards to the organization and management of the courses, camps, and events of Logiscool. During this process, Logiscool Ltd. or our contracted partner who is operating the local Logiscool can send you emails, or if necessary contacts you via phone, as well as can use the data for invoicing purposes.

For quality development purposes, we might use the data in anonymized for statistics reason. We store these data with an unidentifiable method.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, Logiscool Ltd. and the local contracted partners who are operating a Logiscool school can contact you via email, informing you about our services, primarily about upcoming courses and camps, as well as about our programs and events. You can unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter if you send an email to the email address.

Where do we store the data and who do we share your data with?

We store your and your children’s data on Logiscool Ltd.’s own and virtual servers, and we do everything to ensure their safety.

The data which is required for the organization of Logiscool courses, camps and events is shared with the operating partners of the local Logiscool, who are already in a data processing agreement with Logiscool Ltd. This ensures that your data is handled by our partners as cautiously as by us.
